Summary: A study by the Civil Rights Project looked at whether the No Child Left Behind Act improved student achievement in math and reading as intended, especially for poor and minority students? and found mixed results. The study looked at scores on the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) before and after NCLB.
